  • Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:

    • you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;

    • the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;

    • although the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, the personal data are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;

    • you have objected to processing pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the Controller override those of the data subject;

  • Right to object to processing: the right to object to processing carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or based on the legitimate interest of the Controller or third parties, as well as the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing;

  • Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

The Controller will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 30 days from your request.

 

8. HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT?

If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the way your personal data are processed by the Controller, or regarding the handling of a complaint you have submitted, you have the right to file a complaint directly with the Supervisory Authority according to the procedures indicated on the website www.garanteprivacy.it
