4. ARE MY DATA TRANSFERRED OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION?
Your data may be transferred outside the European Union. Should such a transfer occur, it will be carried out in accordance with one of the methods permitted by the applicable law, such as the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards ensuring an adequate level of protection.

5. HOW LONG ARE MY DATA STORED?
The Controller will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which they are processed. Specifically, your data will be stored for the time required to perform the service requested by the user.
For marketing purposes, your data will be processed for 5 years, unless you renew your consent to receiving commercial and informative communications.
At the end of this period, the Controller will irreversibly delete the data—through secure destruction or erasure methods—or store them in anonymised form, which does not allow your identification even indirectly.
6. WILL I BE SUBJECT TO PROFILING?
The data you provide in the forms on the website and your browsing data will be used to obtain information relating to your preferences or behaviour, in order to send you commercial and informative communications aligned with your profile. Profiling for marketing purposes will be carried out only if you give consent to profiling cookies and to receiving communication materials. 7. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
You have the following rights:
- Right of access: the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to access your personal data – and obtain a copy of them – and to receive information about the processing.
- Right to rectification: the right to obtain without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the completion of incomplete personal data, also by providing a supplementary statement.
- Right to erasure: the right to obtain the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay if one of the following grounds applies:
- the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
- you withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
- the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
- the personal data must be erased to comply with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
- the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services.

- Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain the restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify their accuracy;
- the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
- although the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, they are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim.
- you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for the period necessary for the Controller to verify their accuracy;
- Right to data portability: the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit those data to another Controller where the processing is based on consent or contract and is carried out by automated means.
- Right not to be subject to automated decision-making, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

8. HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT?
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the way your personal data are processed by the Controller or regarding the handling of a complaint you have submitted, you have the right to file a complaint directly with the Supervisory Authority according to the procedures indicated on the website www.garanteprivacy.it
