5. HOW LONG ARE MY DATA STORED?
The Controller will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed. Specifically, your data will be stored for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user.
For marketing purposes, your data will be processed for 5 years, unless you renew your consent to the sending of informative and educational communications.
At the end of this period, the Controller will irreversibly delete the data – using secure destruction or erasure methods – or store them in an anonymous form that does not allow your identification, even indirectly.
6. WILL I BE SUBJECT TO PROFILING?
The data you enter in the contact form and your browsing data on the website will be used to obtain information relating to your preferences or behaviour, in order to send you informative and educational communications in line with your profile.

7. WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS?
You have the following rights:
Right of access: the right to obtain from the Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, access to your personal data – and a copy of them – as well as information regarding the processing;
Right to rectification: the right to obtain from the Controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning you and the completion of incomplete personal data, including by providing a supplementary statement;
Right to erasure: the right to obtain from the Controller the erasure of personal data concerning you without undue delay where one of the following grounds applies:
the personal data are no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected or otherwise processed;
you withdraw the consent on which the processing is based and there is no other legal ground for the processing;
the personal data have been unlawfully processed;
the personal data must be erased for compliance with a legal obligation to which the Controller is subject;
the personal data have been collected in relation to the offer of information society services;
Right to restriction of processing: the right to obtain from the Controller restriction of processing where one of the following applies:
you contest the accuracy of the personal data, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
the processing is unlawful and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
although the Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, the personal data are required by you for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
Right to data portability: the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Controller, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller, where the processing is based on consent or on a contract and is carried out by automated means;
Right to object to processing: the right to object to processing carried out for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority, or based on the legitimate interest of the Controller or third parties, as well as the right to object at any time to the processing of personal data concerning you for direct marketing purposes, including profiling to the extent that it is related to such direct marketing;
Right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, which produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.

The Controller will reply as soon as possible and, in any case, no later than 30 days from your request.
8. HOW CAN I LODGE A COMPLAINT?
If you wish to lodge a complaint regarding the way in which your personal data are processed by the Controller, or regarding the handling of a complaint you have submitted, you have the right to file a complaint directly with the Supervisory Authority according to the procedures indicated on the website www.garanteprivacy.it
