2. FOR WHAT PURPOSES ARE MY DATA PROCESSED AND WHY IS THE PROCESSING LEGITIMATE?

If such a transfer occurs, it will be carried out in accordance with the methods permitted by applicable law, such as the adoption of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission or other safeguards ensuring an adequate level of protection.

5. HOW LONG ARE MY DATA STORED?
The Controller will store your personal data for no longer than is necessary to achieve the purposes for which they are processed.
Specifically, your data will be stored for the time necessary to perform the service requested by the user.
For marketing purposes, your data will be processed for 5 years, unless you renew your consent to receive commercial and informative communications.
At the end of this period, the Controller will irreversibly delete the data – using secure destruction or erasure methods – or store them in an anonymous form that does not allow your identification, even indirectly.
6. WILL I BE SUBJECT TO PROFILING?
The data you enter in the demo request form, as well as your browsing data on the website, will be used to obtain information relating to your preferences or behaviour, in order to send you commercial and informative communications in line with your profile.
Profiling for marketing purposes will only take place with your consent to profiling cookies and to the sending of informative and educational material.
