Breaking news! We are proud to announce that we have closed a €3 million deal in our Series A funding round. The founding was led jointly by Cdp Venture Capital Sgr through Italia Venture II Fund – speficially dedicated to enhancing the competitiveness and growth of innovative startups and SMEs in Southern Italy – and Fondazione ENEA Tech e Biomedical, a funding agency dedicated to boost research, development and industrial knowledge trasnfer in the Italian biomedical field.
Historical investors MMP (Manilo Marocco Partners) and IAG (Italian Angels for Growth) also contributed to the round, and talks are ongoing with to additional new investors interested to join and invest an additional 1M € before year end.
These funds will allow us to to accelerate the European-wide adoption of MindLenses Professional – which is already eligible for inclusion in reimbursement pathways within EU national public health systems -, to expand MindLenses’ scope to diseases such as Alzheimer’s, to prepare our entrance in the U.S. market through the Food and Drugs Administration approval path, and to launch a consumer product that, using our non-invasive neuromodulation technology, can be used by everyone wishing to improve their cognitive health.
